Or where have I been! Going Crazy, for sure~

I have been pinning, and cramming, and overloaded with such wonder lust and creativity that my brain is mush, my “inspired” moments are all over the place…Oh look, a cat..Anyway, where was I..Yeah, mush and such.

So.

Here I am. Speaking to you, my audience and introducing the NEW me! Yup, I MUST, I MUST make a change. I mean its amazing to let out some creative steam out on a few projects here an there, which I have some fierce upcoming projects, but this girl right here..Is about to BUST out.  I need to put all these thoughts and pictures on paper.  That is why I created this “blog” anyway. For you, For me, For Us..and Time has flown the coop, so It is time to grab the bull by the horns and get consistent about this writing thingy. I admit. I crank out beautiful decor, not pages of pages of (whats a good word for having a way with words) well, words.  I can talk all day, but when the pen hits the paper                                                Yep, exactly. Okay, Okay, don’t get worried and Fedex me some Valium or anything…Yet.  I have a solution.

I’m going to Blog Consistently! *Gasp* I’m so down, so ready…Are you?!?  So Here’s what you are going to get from me and this .com

  • Re- Occurring Posts.  We are still arranging the deits and gathering all our concepts, but we have some we hearts:

Store Tour: We will be featuring and touring a local decor stores and what we love about them. The ultimate “check back” spot.

DIY: Yes, I love to get messy and try out the complete random.  I love the dirty jobs, and I am dirty at it.  I am not joking, literally a hot mess. Considering the such, these will probably be videos full of embarrassment, laughter and relation, but I am sure I will be “figuring some stuff out”

Fancy That: Our Hump day Inspired moment or decor, full of things that are…Fancy.

Quote Me Silly: I am obsessed with quotes, I wish I had a perky perky assistant who was a dictionary of quotes and could just spit one out for every situation. It would make everything better. I think

Color Cue: We love color, color combos, crazy colors, color..point…blank…period.

and Our Bucket List: These are fierce decors or details that we just must accomplish.

What do you think?

Don’t be shy, All I need from you to keep these posts coming is some comments, so show me the LOVE!

Inspire me, to Inspire you

Classic and Serene amongst the hustle and bustle of New York City.  Welcome the Dior Suite at the St. Regis, New York.  Breathtaking right?! Ill give you a moment.  Now usually, my aesthetic eye gets drawn to the brighter, bolder interiors however, I can appreciate a monotone, soft spoken room.  Given the right elements, any room can sing!

Inspiration Boards

What is an inspiration board you ask? Its a way to visualize what you want, what drives you, motivates, inspires, and surrounds you.  It can be on any topic or no topic.  It can have a common subject to reach a common goal…narrowing down a dress for a special event or remodeling the kitchen or just something that makes you happy.  This is your moment…To Create.

I LOVE for my clients to create “mood boards” for me or to show me the various clippings they have found in magazines.  It helps me get a sense of what encompasses them, their mind and soul.  And the funny thing…It help you discover…well..YOU. Large or Small they can encompass full office walls or hide in a locker or closet.  Here are some of my favorite inspirational boards.

"Interior Design is not just about picking colors and home furnishings. The design and remodeling process is very emotional and it is important that you connect with your designer. Whether you are renovating a whole home, remodeling a kitchen and bath, or just need design consulting, having strong resources and support are crucial to the final outcome of your home's interior. My goal is to alleviate the stress and provide you with a home."
