DION GENCHI
Dion Genchi, owner and CEO os GIDG, was born and raised in Southern California. He graduated with an Associates of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Fullerton College in 1996. While spending most of his time working in Retail Management, Marketing and Merchandising for a Major Southern California Retailer, he managed to pursue his passion to be a Graphic Designer and studied many courses in Computer Aided Design and even Architecture. After 11 years in Retail, and Graduating with High Honors from California State University Fullerton in 1999, Dion began working for a Fortune 500 Commercial Printing Firm.
He advanced to Sales Supervisor over the next 2 years with annual sales exceeding $2 Million. When approached to take over a family business in Los Angeles for a Residential, Commercial and Industrial Manufacturing and Building Supplies Company it was there that his business expertise was exercised and flourished. With Annual Sales exceeding 18 Million and over 50 employees it was clear to him that owning, and growing his own business was a reality. Genchi Interior Design Group is this reality.
